Banro Corporation's Board of Directors (“Board”) and management are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and monitor changing rules, regulations and best practices on a continuing basis.

The Company’s business and operating principles are stated in the Company’s Charters and Policies, which are applicable to all directors, officers and employees.

Committees of the Banro Board of Directors include a Nominating Committee (Full Board of Directors); the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. The mandate of the Audit Committee is consistent with best practices.
